What happens if I crash into another car and I have no vehicle insurance?
Florida Law states that all registered motor vehicle carry PIP and PD insurance coverage. In the event that the driver does not have insurance and gets into a car accident that he/she causes, then that motorists is liable for compensation for personal injury, property damage, and any other losses sustained to the car accident victim.
